I am an adult beginner cellist, having taken private cello lessons since May 2025. I am not good and that's fine--it's fun! I have found having something just "mine" has been a massive boon to succeeding in study. I won't be soloing any orchestras any time soon, but if you need a squeaky Joe Hisaishi piece, I've got you.
"Cool" Mom: World of Warcraft Skills
I have played World of Warcraft for almost 20 years and routinely rank in the top Player versus Player (PvP) healers in North America. I cannot say this helps me at all in academia, but it's fun. Lok'tar Ogar!
